Sortello

What you tell Claude, written down where you can see it.

Sortello is where Claude keeps your notes, tasks and lists. Open it in the browser any time to read them, change them, tick things off or share them.

Free, no card. Create account takes you to our sign-in page, where you make your account and land straight back in Sortello.

Three examples. You ask Claude to keep the plumber's quote, and it becomes a line in your Kitchen renovation note. You ask it to remind you to call the landlord about the heating, and it becomes a task with a reminder. You ask it to add Piranesi to your reading list, and it becomes a row in that table.

Reminders reach your phone and your computer, with Done and Snooze on the notification.

One place for what Claude remembers

Most assistants forget when the chat ends, or keep what they remember somewhere you can't look. Sortello gives Claude a place to write things down and read them back, and it's a place you can open too. Claude is the example here; other assistants that can use connectors work the same way.

Ask next week whether you ever called the landlord, and Claude checks Sortello instead of guessing.

Appointments stay in your calendar. Sortello is for everything you'd otherwise scribble on a note or forget.

Notes, tasks and tables

Everything Claude writes down for you is one of three things.

Notes

Your landlord's number, the kitchen plan, what the plumber said. Claude writes them, and you can edit them in the browser. Every note shows who changed it last, you or Claude.

Tasks

Things to do and things not to forget, with a reminder when you want one. They show up in Sortello, on your phone and on your computer.

Tables

Lists with columns, like a reading list, a wine cellar or your job applications. Claude adds the rows and can count or add them up.

Shared when you want, yours either way

Send the kitchen plan to your partner by email, to read or to edit, or make a read-only link for the builder. If Claude suggests sharing something, it waits for your yes.
